In accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation the American side guarantees the payment of airport charges to use its aircraft. In the implementation of transit provides the release of military transport aircraft and other public transport aircraft the U.S. is carrying out transit flights in accordance with the Agreement, from air navigation charges, that counts as a contribution to the Russian Federation in international efforts to stabilize Afghanistan.
