Sell Oregon Environmental Quality Department
The Oregon Environmental Quality Department says contractor URS breached air quality and hazardous waste storage rules by placing 30 containers of mustard agent-polluted waste in a storage igloo that had not been outfitted with mandated devices including gasket plugs and drain seals.
